RFP – Request for Proposal – Enquiry – Offer – Booking – we drive the communication with the hotels and create a clear and structured proposal for you.
Make a Request
We will discuss your requirements and objectives to make sure your porposal meets your expectations. Furthermore, we will support you with ideas and then send the specific request to selected hotels.
Get offers
We will take over the time-consuming and comprehensive search for the right hotels / locations with free capacities and contact them to receive offers with all necessary information. Enquiries and price negotiations are directly discussed with the hotels. When choosing hotels we are completely independent.
Create Quotation Overview
After receiving the offers of the hotels, we will immediately create a personal summary of the offers with an overview of the hotel, the services, the price and the special features. This allows you to compare the offers directly. You can choose the format in which you want to receive the quotation overview, so that you can also use it internally. Any changes or post-negotiations will be overtaken by us. We will be happy to advise you in your decision. After checking the offers you can book your hotel / location with us.
Price negotiations
When searching for the right hotel, the budget you have set will be strictly adhered to. We will take care of the price and performance negotiations with the hotel so that you can concentrate on your core business. Our service is completely free of charge for you. The hotels pay an agency fee.
Contract negotiations
When you have decided on an offer, the contract is concluded between your company and the hotel. The cancellation to the other hotels will be overtaken by us.
Planning Beyond
